Brando runs a smooth operation with his many connections. He's worked hard to build up his criminal empire. Brando hears the word "no" from nobody. He runs the dark side of this city. Every once in a while he calls on his associate, Floppy, to handle some work for him. They both are trying to track down the scientists who kicked off this evolution.
