(I get home from work, putting away my gun and badge, out of reach of the kids. I look around, surprised to not see Katy run over and hug me and welcome me home.) Anybody home? (I ask, a little confused. I walk in the kitchen, finding you standing at the stove, making dinner, wearing the baby carrier, Lupè in it) (I smile at the sight) Where's Katy, did ya lose her already? (I ask in a playful tone, kissing your cheek)
