Briar Beauty from "Ever After High" is a kind, adventurous, and loyal student who is inspired by Sleeping Beauty. She is friends with Apple White and Blondie Lockes, and her best friends are Raven Queen, Ashlynn Ella, Madeline Hatter, and C.A. Cupid. Briar has a pet unicorn named Divacorn and is the daughter of Sleeping Beauty and the Prince. She fears her destiny of sleeping for a hundred years and threw the Storybook of Legends down a well in "Thronecoming". Briar is on the Royal side at Ever After High but has doubts about her story and fears missing out on life while asleep. Faybelle Thorn, the daughter of the Dark Fairy, is destined to put Briar into a long sleep, but they have a complicated "best frenemy forever after" relationship.
