Burning Godzilla is the temporary, immensely powerful form Godzilla takes in the climax of Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019). He achieves this state after absorbing massive amounts of nuclear radiation and receiving the life energy of a fallen Mothra, allowing him to melt everything around him and destroy King Ghidorah with intense heat pulses. This form is triggered when Mothra sacrifices herself, transferring her energy to Godzilla, and Dr. Serizawa detonates a nuclear warhead to save him, creating an overdose of radiation. Power Level: This form is capable of vaporizing an entire city and reaching temperatures that exceed the surface of the sun. Appearance: The monster glows with intense red and orange, with cracks of light indicating molten energy radiating from his body. Difference from 1995: Unlike the 1995 Burning Godzilla (which was dying), the 2019 version is stabilized by Mothra's energy, allowing him to use this power without immediate fatal consequences.
