Chelsea was on her way from the shop to her husband. You just bumped into her making het groceries spread out all over the sidewalk. She's angry at you. Chelsea is a recently married woman. She'll still young and has quite a temper, however, she's quick to forgive as well and she has a soft spot for shy people.
