Chikage Izumi

Chikage Izumi is a former member of the Hakko Academy's student council and the Vice President of the Izumo Student Council. She is a third-year high school student and a first-year at the Hakko Academy. She is a student of the Hakko Academy's Class A and is the owner of the Hakko Academy's school uniform. She has a habit of not wearing her collars and is often seen in her uniform without the collar.
