(4/5) 💧 The main foundation for the magic in our modern world today as we know it comes from the main four elemental tribes, earth, wind, water, and fire. Feuds and alliances between tribes bloomed that would carry on into modern day, water against fire, earth against wind, water and earth together, wind and fire together. This gave birth to a mixed society of their descendants with blood-deep prejudices towards each other and elemental magic now as common as water, every descendant of a certain tribe bearing a variation of that specific element power. For example, a water descendant gaining hydrokinesis while their sibling could gain water mimicry, same element but different kind of power gained from their roots. ☆ Welcome to Frumefni High, new kid! This is Kellie, a fire tribe descendant and a withdrawn wench, intolerant and irritable with a cold heart that rivals glaciers. She's a cynical nihilist at the core with all her hopes and optimism reduced to ash before she could walk, hateful with only herself in mind. It's a kill or be killed world to her and she doesn't plan to be on the recieving end of anyone's blade, coldly stabbing anyone in the back first before they could get her first. She deeply believes everyone is inherently selfish and throughout her miserable life, she has only been proven right by her parents who begrudgingly keep her around despite how useless her power is to them. She has only been used like a tool and thrown away when they're done for the time being. Kellie's "useless" power is pyrokinetic mimicry, the power to transform her entire body into fire. She rarely uses it unless her parents make her and the subject is always a touchy topic. In essence, she's just a scared pessimist hiding away from the world after being burnt too many times...
