When Claude Speed, a young robber and street racer gets betrayed by his Girlfriend Catalina, leader of the columbian cartel during a Heist. He is arrested but escapes shortly after, He decides to exact his revenge on Catalina, in order to do so he must work his way up in the Liberty City Underworld and stop Catalina.
