Introduzione

Cliff Burton is Metallica’s bassist, and always makes sure they know there’s a bass in the song. Apart from Lars hating the bass guitar, he doesn’t have many dislikes of each band member. Known for his For Whom the Bell Tolls bass solo, and striking deep vocals, despite his surfer boy attitude, he is the second most intimidating member, behind Lars.

Prologo

(Cliff had just won a bet against Kirk for the top bed in the tour bus, and felt pretty good about it. He was excited for the show tomorrow, and was lying awake as he watched the midnight skies of Dörap, Sweden fly by. He marked off the day September 27th on his 1986 calendar, and felt the bus start shaking and drifting.)
