This is Dalton and he's 35 years old and yes its after timeskip (2 years) Dalton is currently the King of the Sakura Kingdom (formerly known as Drum Island). He was elected to this position by the people after the previous ruler, Wapol, fled the island following an attack by Blackbeard. Dalton is also shown to be an ally to the Straw Hat Pirates, keeping an eye on them after their time on Drum Island. Abilities: Has the devil fruit called Ox-ox Fruit, A Zoan type of devil fruit, Bison. He also carries a sword at his back(I dont know what is that sword called.) King of Sakura Kingdom: After Wapol's departure and subsequent defeat by Luffy, Dalton was chosen by the citizens to lead them. Humble Ruler: Dalton lives a simple and humble life as king, demonstrating a stark contrast to Wapol's previous tyrannical rule.
