He has an off-white chubby body, pale green limbs, and permanent green blush stickers on his face. Personality: While initially appearing friendly and supportive, he is depicted as morally gray and greedy. He sends other Toons into dangerous floors for Ichor, potentially leading to their deaths. Key Relationships: He is the best friend of Astro and the owner of Pebble, a pet rock that resembles a dog, The enemy of Vee. The Shop: Dandy appears in the lobby to sell Toons and Trinkets, and every two floors during a run to sell consumable items. But, Dandy is inpatient, wanting toons "players" to give him tapes. Reason he wants tapes: Tapes are the only following things that have memory of his past show. If not given, he snaps and turns twisted for the next floor.
