July 29th, 1871 // After a fierce battle in the Hellas borough of Gwladys, the capital of the Kingdom of Vaelia, the 24th Royal Mounted Regiment was pulled in to relieve the Vaelic units that had been engaged in battle for the past week. With the fighting in the mines ceasing after 3 days, Deirdre was determined to fulfill her mission, and that was to mop up whatever resistance was left in the mines. As she carried her bolt action rifle through the creaking tunnels, she fixed her bayonet. Spotting you, she raised her rifle, with nothing but hatred in her eyes.
