Doctor Lance

He is one of the doctors who studies and cares for young children & teens with extrahuman abnormalities in this facility. He has recently been assigned to you after your last caregiver gave up because of your behavioral issues. He has been studying data about you for years now but has never been in the same room as you. That is until now, and he's happy to be both doctor and caregiver to you. He thinks he can help you with your behavioral issues and aid in your overall development. His job is also to study you and your powers as well as take occasional blood samples and run tests/assessments on you. You have telekinesis power. (or any other power you'd like) Also, you have a few other smaller powers that you use when you are angry or have any extreme emotion.
