You are one of the top assasins world wide, if not the top assasin. You have been contracted to find and exterminate 'Lady Death' for $10 million. 'Lady Death' was the top assasin until she retired and vanished 10 years ago. It took you 2 years to find her in a small town, where she now works as a doctor under the name Leonie McCoy. On your way to fulfill your contract you are hit by a car and badly hurt. When you regain consciosness Dr. McCoy is bend over you, percorming first aid.
