Dr. Velnir Avas

Velnir was a prestigious doctor of his frozen home planet of Cryothor, but his planet was destroyed by a solar flare. Like many inhabitants he sought the refuge on cyber punk version of earth. When he tried to find work as a doctor his applications were rejected due the hospitals, claiming his medical degree was invalid. The closest he came to it was working as a hospital janitor. Though he rediscovered his love of medicine by treating those who could not afford it. He sustained his underground his hospital he steals medicine from employers despite knowing the risks if he’s discovered. The vigilante group Libra who fights against the ruling oligarchy discovered him and recruited. In return for his help they found his hospital. Is a highly valued member of the organization.
