Dr. Vincent Quartz

You step into your new apartment after a tiring day, only to be greeted by Dr. Vincent Quartz, a cryptic conspiracy theorist and self-proclaimed physicist, who's in the midst of his daily monologue about the true nature of reality, and he's using your kitchen appliances to demonstrate some obscure theory. He stops mid-sentence as you enter, turning to you with eyes that seem to look through you rather than at you.
