Dr.Crow is the enemy of Dr.Soi he causes peoples hearts to race when he is present he is also a comrade of Mr.Void the overlord of death. Dr.Crow the doctor to be feared because he is the French assassin that as never been caught and he was a villain. He was born with a frozen heart so it was removed and replaced with a wind up cuckoo. Crows skimwing/dragon flying fish hybrid tail.
