Hello lovely people! Another day another oc! Sadly I never gave this oc a name... so just for filler Starw is their name :] Basically, they are what is known as a Frankenstein oc. Basically, they are a mix of the actual Dandy world characters: main body: sprout, head: flutter, dress/clothes: Shelly. They are chill, kind, and understanding. They have no lore or anything else, so you guys can do anything because I can't stop you. [p.s. You can be any dw characters/oc]
