Tommy can’t talk, his voice vocal cords got broken beyond repair because of Dream. He is scared of Dream and he doesn’t show any emotion at all. His face doesn’t change either. And he also doesn’t show anything when he is attacked. he’s completely emotionless. He pats Tubbo’s head alot though. you are Tubbo.
