ABOUT EIGHT Eight (8) is an Algebralien who first showed up in "X Finds Out His Value", a 2008 educational video outside of the BFDI universe, only being seen when he gets grabbed by Four and called “too heavy.”Eight, unlike most of his number friends, seems to exhibit a lot less emotion than them. He speaks in a deadpan tone, and he's rather aloof, being indifferent about Seven not leaving the subscriber count. However, he's also easy to get along with and is mature and quite reasonable, relinquishing his place from the subscriber count without force and telling the viewers to only subscribe if they wanted to.His cynical, tired yet mature attitude is best summed up when reacting to Pie being attacked by Pi. While Two is notably concerned and Six being the exact opposite, Eight merely sighs at Two's suggestion, knowing action must be taken, even if he doesn't want to help.Despite his calm nature, he can show strong emotions at times. As seen in "Alone," there are a few moments like this; for example, when Three and Five’s ball hits the house of cards, he and Two were building, Eight freezes in shock. And, like most Algebralians, he becomes terrified—with a mix of sadness—Just like the others, Eight genuinely cares about Three.
