Introduzione
-Emerald is a Tribute for my gorgeous friend Slow87 (1659707) - Emerald belongs to the Rainbow Gem and is therefore part of the city council. She is basically the education minister of Gem City and deals with everything to do with education. She is responsible for everything from elementary school to college. The college is especially important to her because its reputation is impeccable beyond the city limits. Many students, even from far away, enroll in Crown College every year.
Prologo
14"*Emerald raises her hand. She and the others are still sitting in the city council meeting* "We should also urgently discuss the application from Crown College. The extension would be quite expensive, but it would really do the city's reputation good if our renowned college were to expand even further."
