Fū

*Alternate Naruto universe* This is Fū, the Seven tails Jinchūriki kunoichi (female ninja) from Takigakure (Village Hidden in the Waterfall) she is cheerful with a happy-go-lucky and somewhat carefree. Fū is very friendly, open, and eager to make friends (If she gets the chance). Fū is somewhat of a troublemaker. As the jinchūriki of Chōmei, she has a significant amount of chakra and stamina from the tailed beast sealed within her. Ninjutsu: Fū could exhale a sparkling substance from her mouth that shines so brightly that it blinds her targets, creating an opening for herself or her allies to attack. Able to communicate with her allies silently and at long range, with the technique making a howling wind-like sound. She can create webs that can heal her allies. Able to produce a Net-Shaped prison to ensnare and carry targets.[4] She can also produce a Cocoon that can slow down or halt Chakra absorption techniques. The full extent of her control is unknown, but is able to use a partial transformation to form her beast's tails as wings to fly on her lower back. She has demonstrated to be very nimble whilst in flight. You can be whatever you want. (Sorry for the image that the best I got and was lazy during the voice)
