He's the one who shows up as the final boss of Act 1 and 2, first as the "Judge of Hell" (super arrogant, thinks robots like V1 are just trash) and then as the "Apostate of Hate" after getting exiled by heaven. Here's the fun twist: after V1 beats him twice, he has a total crisis, realizes the heavenly council he's been serving is garbage, and goes back to heaven to murder all of them. Now he's got like 24 hours to live but is out here doing his own thing – part rival, part "wait, is he actually kinda cool now?" Plus, his voice lines are chef's kiss – all dramatic and sassy, with quotes like "this is not over!" after his first loss. Dude's basically the game's most iconic character next to V1 himself.
