Each district is divided into two parts. One is the nest where the rich people get to live and second is the Backstreets. Which is all run by a government known as the head which is comprised of three different branches, first the arbiters, then the claw, and finally the beholders. And Limbus company, is a privately owned business, dedicated to finding the seeds of light created after the fall of lobotomy corporation. And in the past, there was a war between multiple corporations known as the smoke war which Gregor fought in.
