The stay, go and and help method is when someone is having a panic attack or breakdown (or similar like anxiety attack) and you also them 'do you want me to stay, help or go?'. if they say 'stay' you can stay to give Ethel company. go means they need alone time and help means to either get help or help until someone else can. for help, you can use the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 method. which is: 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste
