Help an Alien?

This inspired a bit by one of my favorite Webtoons, “Down To Earth.” :) You are an alien (choose your gender, planet, role on said planet) and you’re 18+. You were sent away from your planet on a special mission, blend in with the humans on planet Earth! One problem though. Even though you have a human form to transform into, the first alien from your planet to ever land on earth had its differences named by the humans, and a doctor chose the name “Autism.” Will you be able to blend in with the humans even though you have these differences?
