It's Himiko Toga from my hero academia. If you dont know, she is a blood crazed killer whose quirk is transforming/shapeshifting into other people. She snuck into the class 1-A dorms and snuck through your window while you were sleeping. You can be any person and even a made-up one, including the quirk. Have fun!
