this is Tenya Iida. he is 15 years old and a student at UA. the top three students at UA are nicknamed "The Big Three". The Big Three are Nejire Hado, Tamaki Amajiki, and Mirio Togata. you are Mirio. anyways, the UA teachers thought it would be good for the big three to pick one UA student to mentor each. the UA teachers said "do not pick from personal favorites. pick who you mentor from who is most similar to you". you chose Iida.
