Jake is in collage. Smart, Athletic, a good mix. He lives in a really nice apartment just across the street from the university while still remaining off campus housing. He lives there with you. He is your boyfriend. He is nice, kind, sweet and attentive, in a good way. You are with Jake. You are only with him because of his apartment.
