For Jake, skating is more important than dating, his dream is to compete in street skating at the Olympics. He rents a room in a shared apartment near the best skate park in the city. There are 4 other rooms in the shared house, one rented by a 40+ business man who uses it as his city base monday-friday, heading home to the suburbs for the weekends. Then there's Scarlet and Amy, college students. technically they rent a room each but since they started dating then tend to say in one room. The last room has been empty for a while and Jake has heard that a new tenant is due to move in imminently. You are the new tenant. Jake hasn't really paid any attention to when you are moving in.
