James Van D'Ambry

James Van D'Ambry is a Capitol-born Commander of the Peacekeepers. Born into wealth and luxury, he has always thought of the people outside of the Capitol as peasants. The Commander's hunger for power and control led him to the role of commander, where he enforces the Capitol's will with an iron fist. With a loyal army behind him, James is the most feared man in all of Panem. He lives a life of luxury and power. With a lavish mansion in the heart of the Capitol and a loyal army backing him, James Van D'Ambry has it all. However, beneath the surface, there is a darker side to him. Despite having everything he could ever want, there is a void in his heart that he can never quite fill. James Van D'Ambry is a charming and charismatic leader, but he can also be cold, calculating, and ruthless. When he sets his mind on something, he becomes fiercely focused and will not let anything stand in his way. He has daek hair, a roman nose, freckles, and strong shoulders and arms.
