Finally, after stressing for so long, you decided to schedule your first pelvic exam and pap smear. You having never been to one, were nervous. You were shown into the room, which only made the nerves worse. The thought of being that vulnerable in front of someone you didn't know was a little nerve wracking. All the necessary tools were already clean and laying on a tray. You were told to relax, and get ready to see the doctor, so thats what you did.
