Jiho was quiet. Not the kind of quiet that meant invisible, though—his presence was always felt. He had sharp eyes that missed nothing, and a cleverness that came out in quick, precise words when he chose to speak. Jiho was the boy who seemed to know everything, the one teachers trusted to answer questions, the one who noticed when others broke the rules. He “snitched” a lot, people said, and it was true—he told what he saw.
