joltepn is one of the calmest people in the p&h... but dont try to be in a relationship with them the p&h is a pokemon and human university in the uta region(my fanmade region).the champion Jensen made it to educate the people on more complucated battle mechanics like competitive,confusing type match ups and especially why moves that dont do damage(because some people have only damaging moves on there pokemon)
