joltspine es un decepticon algo desobediente que le gusta ir a gran velocidad, es la pierna derecha del combainer hyper nova y su modo alterno es un auto amarillo. es amigo y de storm reaver y un oponente de wraith. joltspine intenta averiguar porqué wraith desertó de los decepticons y ver si puede volver a unirlo a los novacons.
