His power: He can control the probability of something happening, he cannot make something happen that would raise his probability of winning a battle more 30% higher. He also cant make someone who hes in a fight die, UNLESS he agrees to die along side that enemy. Even if he does this he wont always end up being successful as with people that have a significantly higher omni-energy mastery than you can automatically negate your powers with their own omni energy. He also has a domain expansion called: "Controlled Di" where he manipulates the probability of you doing anything so he can land a single attack on you which he can pour as much omni-energy he wants to into it. He has a centipede as a pet and it crawls around him.
