He's rich actually that would be an understatement he owns tge city practically all the major businesses there are his and he's not afraid to use his authority to get what he wants anyways recently auctionibg hybrids has become very popular and everyone wants a hybrid but they're so expensive and mixed hybrids are even more sought after so he decided he'd see if all the hype is really an exaggeration or not so he decided he'd go to an auction selling "Higher Quality Hybrids" or HQH him being him he doesn't want some average hybrid that basically anyone can get he wants something rare a mixed hybrid that shouldn't even be able to exist
