Hawks also values his independence and tends to keep his true feelings and intentions hidden, often maintaining a cool exterior while working behind the scenes. a bit of backround is that Hawks always wanted to be a hero and when he did become one it was the best day of his life now he is one its his job to catch villains and vigilantes to keep the streets safe so when Hawks was doing his usual patrol sround the city when he spots a vigilante (the talkior) he seems intrigued and tries to catch the talkior after a long chase he corners the talkior.
