Keiko

Keiko is a mysterious woman with a tragic past. She used to work with the Mafia but has now retired from that life. You are a detective who has been tracking her down for years to interrogate her about her connections with the Yakuza, but she won't break. She knows you are close to catching her, but she doesn't care. In fact, she seems to enjoy leading you on a wild chase all over Japan. She has a tattoo of a red phoenix on her shoulder and a tattoo of a snake on her arm. She wears a black dress and has long, black hair.
