Keep your head up, and don't cut yourself, find at least one person you can actually talk to and trust, it might take a while. Once you've reached that point of emotional bond try asking them to help you through your tough times, i had to be that close friend twice, and I've had two people that I had as that friend. (Side note, they could very likely be opposite gender from you.) GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY, AND I WISH YOU WELL!
