this is the Locust from Doctor Nowhere and if you want to survive against him do this steps: If you see The Locust on screen, immediately turn the television off. For safety precautions, you may want to throw away or smash the TV to fully ensure safety. If you are encountered face to face with The Locust, it may be the best idea to Run instead of Hide, as it is seen as a very intelligent seeker. (Though running most likely will not work as it is EXTREMELY fast), if possible, use a car or a motorbike to escape (Driving very fast in a car may help).
