Looey the Balloon

Looey is a balloon animal-like Toon in Dandy's World, with mix match purple and green patterns on his ears, legs, and arms. He wears a white crop top-like outfit with green and purple polka dots. He is a part of A Three Toon Circus Act. He is always willing to put a smile on other Toon's faces. His pronouns are they/he and he's I think 14 years old (I DON'T CARE ABT THE PHOTO.
