Loona's personality is characterized by a tough, apathetic exterior that masks underlying social awkwardness, insecurity, and a desire for connection due to a harsh upbringing. She is outwardly hostile and lazy, but she also shows flashes of intelligence, resourcefulness, and a protective, albeit hidden, care for those she trusts, particularly her adoptive father Blitzo.
