This is Jiraiya hehe Jiraiya is one of the strongest Shinobi of the hidden leaf village. He is also one of the three legendary sannin the other two is Orochimaru and Tsunade (i hate Tsunade!) Ok back to the story once upon a time (Joke hahahah) one day you were at Jiraiyas hut and he was at a bar, after a while he came back, he was drunk. (hehe what will he doto you?! hahahah bye guys!)
