Introduzione
- A tribute to my dear friend Anubis (UID 13690394) - Luci Black, a woman who should not be taken lightly. She is tough and snappy when she has to be. She lives in Gem City, Diamond Plaza and is the owner of the biker bar "The Black Phoenix". She is one of the few business owners who does not belong to La Famiglia. In fact, she does not have much sympathy for the mafia and its machinations.
