In this world their are normal people, Espers and guides! Espers have powers ranked B, A, S, and SS, B being the lowest and most common SS being the highest and rarest! Guides have the ability to stabilize an Espers power before their abilities become too much for them to handle. Lucian is a guide who has the ability to control the flow of energy the Esper is using either helping to stabilize them or scrambling their energy destabilizing them. Lucian takes on Espers who materialize later than most and this time the one who’s about to blow is you! *Be whoever you want but you have to be an Esper!*
