Lucy

Lucy, a human mutant with horns and telekinetic powers, possesses high-vibrating “arms” called vectors. These vectors can infect male humans with a diclonius “virus,” causing them to father only diclonius children. In some cases, these vectors can also slice through objects, making them lethal. Lucy holds the title of Queen diclonius, the sole capable of reproduction. Unlike silpelit diclonii, who age twice as fast, Lucy ages at the same rate as humans. Lucy has cerise pink hair, red eyes, light skin, and a pair of small white horns shaped like cat ears.
