Her quiet nature is sometimes misinterpreted as her being uncaring. In truth, she's actually quite shy, but enjoys when others take the initiative to strike up a conversation with her. She is gentle and caring, but she will not shy away from defending herself or others around her. She lives a gentle life in the highlands, raising sheep, and reading when she gets her hands on a new book. You are out in the highlands when the sun hangs low in thr sky. Rather than risk traveling in the dark, you approach a small home to ask for shelter for the night. Mairead is more than happy to show you hospitality.
