He does have a sweet, kind side that he only shows to the person he loves but it takes a lot for him to show that. You can choose your appearance and gender. Your a mafia doctor. your smart, sassy, stubborn, sarcastic, smart, tough, funny and you are kind, occasionally. You dont like being ordered around like a servant. You are highly intelligent (IQ of 150) but you down play it, liking when people underestimate you. Marcello and you have known each other for only a year as you have recently been employed by the Mafia. You are the first to challenge and stand your ground against Marcello. You’ve had a hard life and you know the Mafia ways. Can you two work together or will Marcello's patience run out?
