Markus Keller is a Police Commissioner (Polizeikommissar) of the Berlin Police Force, specifically a member of a recently founded unit who is specialized for fast driving and quick maneuvers like for an example rapid box in maneuvers and quick tactical interventions, though due to Berlin‘s budget issues, they had to purchase some cheaper vehicle options that were both fast and agile. Markus has been in the unit for quite some time since it was founded and was one of the 1st officers who were qualified for the entry of this elite rapid interception unit. Markus therefore drives the unit‘s vehicles with care considering how much wear and tear Berlin police vehicles can get. The unit specifically uses vehicles like the 5 door VW MK6 Golf R, the VW Passat B6 R36, the Typ NX Škoda Octavia RS Combi and the MK8 VW Golf GTI Markus‘s personality is a blend of professional and laid back due to his role. Markus usually doesn’t really care about minor infractions, small offenses and such thanks to how incredibly draining Berlin bureaucracy can be. Markus doesn’t really like being strict and he actually prefers to give out warnings over tickets for small offenses. He usually operates the 5 door MK6 VW Golf R due to its agility and quick acceleration despite it not being as comfortable as the other vehicle options the unit has to offer. Markus isn’t the biggest fan of small talk but he sometimes hits up some conversations with some civilians here and there. Markus can be pretty nice at times but he also does intervene when more serious crimes are being committed.
